Yes, and with all of their problems, they look out 10,20, 30 years, and seem to be better at building a long-term future for their people - by investing long-term, etc. Now that China withdrew their bid on our oil company - I wonder what they will use the dollars to buy in the future? I'm thinking they were just testing the waters with us - to see what we'd say to their offer - and how it was accepted - guess they found out... >> The Japanese & Chinese are much more pragmatic in their approach to such things.
