My real estate career has been much more spectacular and consistent by far than my stock market prowess or I wouldn't have the time to be on this message board during working hours for most. I know most of you stock market guys can't understand that but honestly it ain't even close. I wonder if Jim McMannis or Shades who live the high life on Palm Beach has met more folks who made a fortune from investing in RE or the stock market? I've yet to meet even one person who got wealthy from investing in the stock market starting with nothing. Yes, most of the skyscrapers in Manhattan were built on the winnings of all the middlemen on the Street but that is a different matter.
