He's not banned here. We had nothing to do with his
suspension either.

That is correct. Barring serious provocation by him, that will remain the case.

IMO, Soupy got what he deserved. And the fact that he cannot
respond right now is of his own doing. So why should any of
us be barred from discussing anything about Soupy that does
not violate the established TOU's?

That was simply pointing out certain inaccuracies in RCG's statements.
