Shoot1st -- did you, then?? what do you mean ... Honestly, there is very little in my opinion that we cannot pray about -- God is sovereign over all. I can recall a few instances in the OT where God specifically told some prophets, leaders not to pray for the people -- he desired repentance first -- (also Jesus said that we need to make amends with our brother before we make an offering -- fi we have a conflict) -- or where He mentioned sin precluded God hearing their prayers -- only one instance in the NT where John in 1 John said that there was a sin leading unto death (not repented of??) that we should not make request for -- other than that, I think God wants to hear anything and everything we are willing to bring to Him. What do you think??
