RE:"Amazing all this is happening under a Republican controlled administration and Congress and the only answers from them are ownership society, war and more deficit spending" This administration is no more Republican than FDR or LBJ. This adminstration is out of control...they have lost all republican values save a few fringe religious ideas which are for the most part irrelevant. RE:"But when will it end?" It really can't begin because innovation and risk taking in non real estate areas are being overshadowed by favored RE. Until that ends it will be more of the same. Imagine trying to buy land to expand your business in south florida?
