Bush has 1600 acres near a small town that has a bunch of people who don't like him and a single newspaper that endorsed Kerry. What in the world does a prep school dilettante do with 1600 acres of scrubby brush? Did he think it would be unseemly for him to vacation at Poppy and Mommy's house in Maine? Isn't that what Camp David is for? Is the ranch simply to remind the easily swayed that Bush is a tobacco chewin' Texas cowboy instead of a cocaine snorting deserting alcoholic trust fund kid?
