If we should have attacked Saddam because he was evil and gassed his own people, should we now attack North Korea because its government starves its people? What about the Sudan? Why Iraq..or especially Iraq? What made Iraq more critical than North Korea or the Sudan?

Question: If a married couple chooses not to have children, and have therefore not "gone forth and multiplied", have they committed a sin?
