Elmat, I judge the state of the industry only by fact that s.african VWs are exported to China

So, all you quoted are facts that corrects my view, though not my judgement regarding GM H3 location choice

Without the benefits of high protective tariff walls Brazil would not have an auto industry. So "globalism" would have been a bad thing, huh?
