I think we will see hearings when congress gets back in session.

Fat chance that anything will be accomplished. Berger has already dealt with that.

The Dem coverup is obvious.

It helps to include other arguments: that the commission was bipartisan and that the director of the staff was Phil Zelikow, Rice's lieutenant.

Kevin Drum's take on it, which I posted earlier, and which appeared on The Washington Monthly blog, includes mention of Zelikow's role and a much lower quotient of paranoia/conspiracy theory talk.
