Funny you should mention compost. I had 20 ton of wasted hay last year..(it got rained on) Cows will eat hay like this when it is still hot inside, but once cooled they won't touch it....soooo, since I was planting berries anyway we piled it up and watered the heck out of it. Now I have a nice pile of compost to mulch the plants. I don't think it puts off enough gas to use..but I do have 40 acres free this next year for corn if it looks like it will be viable. LOL

Note to self, call that company and see if they are interested.
