Ample vendor financing funded a bubble in internet infrastructure investment -- but it did not stop the inevitable crash when it became clear that the borrowers could not grow revenue to service more debt. Low long term interest rates are vendor financing -- it changes nothing other than raising the perch from which we will fall.
