it's a matter of when, not if, a recession takes hold

probably just in time for midterms, of course

Well, here in Fla. our energy costs go WAY DOWN. Right now our cost is COOLING our homes, luckily, in my area we have a significant amount of Nuclear Power to generate our electricity. I have a two story 2,400 sf (a/c portion) home with pool and two refridgerators, one of which is in the hot garage and my largest bill was 240 for a month. In the winter it will drop below $100. jdn
