Halliburton already paid millions after admitting that they took the US taxpayer to the cleaners on, of all things, gas. I believe there's at least one other similar investigation going on.

Iraq is a lawless place made even more lawless by the laws and orders Bremmer and Bush put into place. Bush/Bremmer made it LEGAL to be NEGLIGENT and CRIMINAL as long as you did it in Iraq and especially if you did it in Iraq with some connection to the oil industry.

The Iraqis know that Americans and contractors in Iraq have virtually no accountability. How would we feel to have foreign troops and workers roaming our streets at will who can do practically anything and get away with it.

What a pathetic state of affairs Bush has created.
