Sean Hannity promised Iraqi oil would pay for the whole war. He remember him promising that to a dubious caller, Sean saying this was the plan, and that the whole war would be over soon, then we'd have lower gas prices.

Indeed, our troops were told that one of the reasons they were invading Iraq was to bring down gas prices.

There was a piece on Townhall (or maybe NRO) by Kudlow that predicted $12 oil after the Iraq invasion. No one can find the piece now!

Funny how that stuff disappears.
