I think he was scared that it would impact the merger if he did. There had been some coverage on CNBC that implied that. We are appealing his ruling, we lost the battle, but the war is far from over. The key point is that he agreed with the jury, that Putnam usurped the corporate opportunities of the company that he was president of. So that said, you can draw what justice should be at the end of the day.
