I don't think you misunderstand my post...I think you are expanding and perhaps complicating my view......and certainly delivering your own view......which is fine.

in the end.....it is always ones personal behavior that directs thier actions....

my personal belief is that I prefer, perhaps in error, to pray for those helps in my life that are outside the norm of daily life. THat does not mean I find it wrong for those that do. To each, his own.

This also does not mean that I am not grateful for the most mundane of events in my daily life that come and go without conscience awareness. Like getting gas....and feeding the dogs.
