Patting Laytonville on the back...

"We initially thought a couple of dozen people would show up, since we only had a few days to inform people. Over 100 people came." (Doesn't say what month this was; Somoma Co. has abut 470K people.)

Willits...15,000 in the greater community; Oct.
"Thirty people showed up the first time," he says. A number of people stayed to chat after the movie, and sensing local interest in the topic, he hosted another showing. Sixty people turned up that time. Ninety came to a third presentation. Bradford, who'd never really led anything larger than a small research team, could feel the momentum building. "Oh, shit!" he thought. "What do I do now?"

Laytonville had about 80 to 100 at the first meeting, in Mar., and I wasn't one of them. Blew Bradford away; we only have 5000 in the greater community, some 400 square miles. I love it.
