what size tank. 1100= 683 miles tank size? 18 gal=38mpg

20 gal=34mpg

I remember the old bugs diesel around 1980 getting up to 50 mpg. i expect they were very light weight and stripped. guy in work had one and said he got 50 mpg. maybe he was pulling my leg?

great idea if you are under 5"8".........and operation of a diesel is not advisable if the travel time is under 15 minutes..... so in my judgement the only full sized adults to submit to such pain and suffering are guilty liberal types. Besides, where would a canadian put his hockey stick? do they come with roof mounted stick carriers?
