US single-seat-district elections has always been famous.
(it took me six US-years to really believe it was the actual truth, I was strong in my faith)

That is why Putin has, and Stalin had, so much fun.
(it is not a matter of who votes, but about who counts the votes)

single-seat-districts are obviously fun enough, but the combination is even funnier.

Chicago-style-elections have now been replaced with Florida-Ohio counting skills..

Not to forget positioning that eraser-rubber where the vote meets the rubber..
(I still think just turning the wheels of fortune is easier, just like the latest voting machines, although I am not into flipper machines anymore)

However, I still have this mathematical dream, to find that Voting Act (hearing) document, on why a single-seat-district system is the greatest and best..

I am forced to admit, I lost that link some 15 years ago.

That was more funny than just opening the back-cover of the counting machine.

However, I really believe the optimization of voting districts, all the cash and skills it took, was another milestone in complex software.

Maybe, it was all due to Chicago machines??

Me always been a Delay and Newt fan, plus what little FEC says.

Note, it is not FEC-US, but dot-gov.
