The country funds will be moving when almost nothing else in the US market is moving. Usually they move slowly and somewhat predictably.

I was able to make some nice money on 2 of Japans 4 recoveries in the last 7 years ;-)

And I wasn't skilled at chart reading, just noticing the stock stopped going up and all the moving averages were around the stock price, so I started selling pieces. Last piece was down about 6% from the peak, but still up >25%.

There's is a forex factor , and forex tends to trend longer than stocks.
