If you think Bush has anything to do with real Christianity you're insane. Bush is a frontman for big oil, weapons business, drug business, big tobacco, polluters and others like that. The only reason he reaches out to you suckers is that he needs you to carry states like Ohio and Missouri. Otherwise, he could give a damn about y'all. I have grown up with devout Christians. Bush is not one of them. Cheney is the furthest thing from one. Delay is not one. Rove is totally not one. The last real Christian we saw in the WH was Jimmy Carter. That man has real compassion. hen Bush puts on his compassionate act it is just that, an act, a scripted act. Bush is basically a con man. As are many on the christian right. and amongst the corporate lobbyists.

Think about the worshiping the beast and it's "image" passages. The political religious right are the catalyst for more understanding, an example of what it means to worship the "image" of America (the Beast). Hollywood actors work at maintaining a certain image publicly and that in hopes of getting more movie deals. America cultivates a certain image with the public and that is not what America is really about. But the image promotes fantasies of how "good" America is despite all the evil it has done world wide. But millions of Christian Americans don't see real America, they just see the image. And they worship that image. Definition of worship is to reverence or respect God OR a god....acts or ceremonies displaying this.....adoration of or devotion to a person or thing......a title of respect used to or of a mayor or certain magistrates....his worship, your worship. feeling or showing devotion or reverence. This definition of worship clearing defines American Christian's patriotism as a form of worship! And they are worshiping not the real America (the beast, Mystery Babylon) but their delusional "image" of the beast (good America which no longer exists). That's exactly what many American Christians including some of you do with America. You worship the image and idea of America. You worship the image of the beast.
