It's hard for me to judge demand, cuz most of the time I get it on the way home, about 1 AM. Sometimes, I try and gas up at lunch, because that station might be a few cents cheaper, and I have noticed lines there, but I don't know if that is normal or not.
The station I use on the way home was out of regular.I decided to fill up anyway, cuz I don't know about tomorrow. When the prices start jumping like crazy, I usually gas up every day, cuz it saves me a few cents.

Getting to be like the 70's; even and odd days, green and red flags, fights in line.
Saw my first $3.01 today, for 91 octane. The station in town is probably about 10 cents higher, but it was only $2.99 last night. They were getting a delivery while I was there.
San Francisco is usually 10-15 cents more.
Wonder where they will get another 40 mil BPD in the next 10 years :>)

$66.86. Brent is only 40 cents less; closing the gap. I have no idea what that means, tho.
