Hawaii expensive? I found my trips to the islands to be some of the least expensive of family vacations, from airfare, to hotels, food, and entertainment.

I plan on doing another one sooner or later, rent a condo on Kauai and eat at least two meals a day in the condo and preferably lunch in a restaurant.

But I wont plan a golfing vacation in Hawaii.

When you travel with kids, a suite with a kitchen or kitchenette, even just a small fridge and microwave, solves so many problems.
