Right MOO - I am convinced if the smart money knew the world was just about to blow up - Drooy would be skyrocketing - it is not - and mr. phil says watch the charts, don't listen to all that other noise. I think if you listen to Phil, drooy gonna have to bust through that 50MA to go anywhere - so it still has to go up a little. I see a couple of high volume days around 2.90 or so - so according to phil - you got a lot of people holding at that level that probably want to dump if it ever does start a massive bull run upwards.
