Sanctions, which we thought weren't working in Iraq, obviously were, so that's probably the way to go.

I disagree. The sanctions were only killing all the children in Iraq. At least that's how it was sold by the media.

Now we find out Germany and France had their hand in the Iraq cookie jar. Russia is helping Iran, so I don't see how a UN proposal will stop the nuclear progress Iran will make. I think we can make a nuclear strike look like an accident...
