Actually some neocon fantasy artist has already written an article titled "The war is over, and we won it".

Btw, in August 2003, 35 US soldiers were killed in Iraq in the ENTIRE MONTH. This month, 54 US soldiers have been killed in the FIRST FIFTEEN DAYS.

Yeah, right. The war is "over" and we "won" it! Too bad none of the rest of us noticed it! :-)

Talk about being out of touch with ground realities!
