You people do not paint a pretty picture of Pyng just when the share price was finally moving up. Do we have to wait another 8 years to see this company get its act together???? MJ should explain IF HE HAS AN EXPLANATION. Some of use older shareholders will be pushing up daisies before we will see our investment become profitable. I think a new CEO with no strings attached might do the job.LETS HOPE.

Hello Naturalperson
it might be a read but you should go back and read from post #1. Jacobs even comes here to push his case and his posts have always proved to be untrue. We here believe in the FAST1 as for PYT it is the vehicle to demonstrate our believe and it is in many minds the vehicle that Jacob will destroy taking our beliefs with it. As for the dangling the carrot, well if you look close there is a string but Mikey is eating the carrot. Many of us got screwed listening to mikeys babble which convinced us to hold while he ran this thing into the ground and I as many do fear he will do it again either directly or through his chosen puppet. Do you wonder why the warrants of Feb were not exercised when they were in the money. The answer is because the volume is to low and the holders had no confidence that they could get rid of them all before a price drop. Are we seeing it again? I believe so and will wait for Nov. to believe. You know the old saying, know your history......

I stay in because Mike is the only thing wrong with Pyng and it should succeed despite him. The product is great, production is now honed to a fine edge, the only thing holding Pyng back is Mike's pride and careless statements.

If Mike had not come out in June and announced the April profit then this report would not have been half as bad. He recklessly builds expectations through factually true statements then because he has no integrity he feels no responsibility to the shareholders to provide updated information when he changes his mind and decides to take action that are in direct conflict with his statements. t

A competent CEO would have announce the decision to pay out more salaries and spend the extra consulting to avoid the earnings surprise but Mike leads like he doesn't owe anyone an explanation. He is an idiot of a leader and we all know it but I am not selling because there are so many good things happening and potential is out of site. Where else can you find a stock that very probably will pop 800% in the next few year. I have never seen a stock with a better chance at this feat.

There is no way that Mike can be force out the FOM owe too many shares. I tried a couple years ago to stop Mike from extending the escrow shares by building a database of 80 shareholders that held more than 1.5MM shares but I found many more friends of Mike would not entertain the though of voting against him. All we can hope is that he will step aside for his own good as he could not give a crap about the shareholders. The sooner the better as far as I am concerned.

Best Regards
Jack
