So I guess Viking civilization is millions of years old, and/or those nasty Americans were hard at global warming before Columbus.


The medieval warm period is a heresy to the new orthodoxy of global warming. So it never happened.

I guess there was a real reason for calling it Greenland after all. And here I thought it was just a name dreamt up by one of the local Viking realtors trying to attract customers.
