Too cheap to meter - this reminds me of crazy tesla type friend who told me he had this project going wardenclyffe to wirelessly suck earth energy and send to folks but they exed ole nikolai because they needed something to meter - they being the westinghouse and pierpoint types. Now I tell friend (this was the croation in fact - where tesla was from - I didnt know this) that if it could be done, look at tesla and the radio days - no ONE MAN would have made a difference, many people were advancing radio - and if tesla had not done things, marconi or someone else would have - so if Tesla had magic wireless way - someone else would have found it and marketed it to the public wether he was exed or not. Friend get into heated debate telling me no, only tesla knew how, and it is lost to history, but I do not agree. This croation friend also had croation relative star in some keanu reaves movie about cold fusion - something else he said was real, and I said again, if so, other scientists would be fighting each other for this discovery - many people would be close to breakthroughs. That market demands are the father of invention - but this croation international management guy told me no no no. It was also supposed to reduce the drive toward a war over oil & coal resources, by reducing ( the thought in the 1950s was toward eleiminating) their use. Memeories of Japan going to war to insure access to Indonesian oii, and the fights over coal in the German Rurh region were very fresh.
