Perhaps. Especially if she wasn't in favor of her son making that decision without her "help"....

But you are probably right. The pain the deaths caused on 9-11 for not only the loved ones of the ones who were killed in the four different events of that day, but 9-11 was painful for all Americans everywhere. The deaths caused by the terrorists were certainly not in a good cause, and were in vain.

BTW, the NYC WTC I and II, plus PA, plus the Pentagon--the latter two death numbers were not counted with the NYC deaths for some reason in the post I linked to you.
