Could you post some research to back your claim that we should have gone into Bosnia before 93?

As to the war/anti-war or pro/anti-military, I remember plenty of Republicans being against involvement in the Balkans. I did not agree with them, but I don't remember any of them protesting at the level of the left today - and certainly don't remember any military survivors being used like this for political gain.

Of course it is. Clinton was a foreign policy nothing. His greatest achievments were NAFTA, which he forced though against his party's wishes, and which I doubt you were for, and the welfare reform bill, which he didn't want to sign, and I am sure you were against.
