They are not putting it anywhere.......they want control over it.

You mean, like, they want to pump it out of the ground, sell it on world markets, and give the proceeds to the Iraqi people to build their country?

Let me give you a clue fool - so do Iraqis, so does the entire world.

Or do you think they want control over it, but they want to keep it in the ground?
