I called Fidelity and confirmed the ticker ICGC.

The IPO, as I understand it, is for issuance of another 30,950,129 shares bringing total OS to 137555728. Those shares will fund the acquisition of Anker coal (details in the online SEC document)

The only one detail I couldn't determine was whether ICGC was the IPO (hence the ticker change) or if there will be another IPO.

So, I bought ICGC.
