Biden calling for more troops since we started the war. he wants us to protect the borders .. how long are these boarders, with jordan, saudi, syria, iran. How many troops would it take to protect the borders.

Biden can sucker punch all he wants , he knows there are not enough troops to protect mexico borders never mind Iraq.

I think a loose federation is going to be the outcome with a weak central government. Works for the Swiss.

Good heavens, Bill, the process of getting from here to there looks horrific. The only contemporary parallel that comes to mind is the problems faced in the previous Soviet Republics. You may recall Stalin moved Russians into those provinces as a form of social control. They are now there and are minorities. There was reason to expect large scale ethnic cleansing. But it certainly hasn't gained the attention of the Western media.

One other instance is obvious: the English settling Scottish settlers in northern Ireland. Still paying the price in those parts of the world.
