We're both looking at all four legs, but from a different angle. I don't think so. There are several criteria for evaluating risk. In this case we have the available weaponry, the ability to deliver it, the motivation to deliver it, and the likelihood they will deliver it. The terrorists are at least as motivated and clearly more likely to deliver. We agree on that. But no matter how hard I try, you decline to address the former two legs. Every time I mention them, you brush them off and repeat the latter two legs.
