I would hope so when 3 areas of the country show gains of 40% or more.....but I also doubt this is the top, as I have called it too many times to count.

Interest rates are going up, gas is incredibly high.....who is going to continue to fuel the upsurge in housing prices?

Las Vegas has GOT to be a top. Its one of those overbuilt "hottest areas" in the hottest real estate market in years. A double whammy for them, reminds me a little of the re crash in manhattan in 1990.
