Apparently they have a constitution to present to their parliment. From what I gather it will have two open items:
1.. Womens rights
2. Federalism

Those will be decided by the legislative assembly if I understand it correctly. Frankly, I dont understand the problem with the two above. If by Federalism they mean something like our STATES have I dont see why the hangup. How do Texas and Alaska handle the oil profits?
As to womens rights, I have to presume at least 1/2 the voters are female. Now why wouldnt they just DEMAND their rights? Women do have a certain POWER over men. (gg) jdn
