You bring nothing to the table by ignoring the facts I have posted. Why you are unable to defend the hypocrites is not my problem. You're party is the one who cannot win an election. What is it that I'm supposed to defend? Ask a reasonably specific question rather than this nonsense of how frequently did I beat my wife? Did the Dems think Saddam had wmd in 98? Yes. Did the Dems think Saddam had wmd in early 03? Most, some didn't. Did the majority of Dems in the Senate vote for the war resolution? Yes. Did the Bush administration elect to invade Iraq without allowing inspectors time to determine the presence of wmds? Yes. Did the Bush administration "fix" its own intelligence on wmds to justify an invasion of Iraq? Yes. Did the Dems have any independent capability of generating intelligence on wmds in 02/03? No. Did the Bush people made an absolute unmitigated mess of the occupation of Iraq? Yes. Did the Bush people alienate the rest of the world by an overly hasty invasion of Iraq? Yes. Is our position as a world leader infinitely weaker now than it was five years ago? Yes. Did the Bush invasion of Iraq turn Iraq into a haven for Al Q types, something it was not before? Yes. Did the Bush invasion strengthen the position of Iran in the ME? Yes. Do you want more of this? I gather you think this sort of throwing darts is a conversation. Go ahead and throw some more. I'm bored for the moment.
