I've been thinking about my 4.5% Ten Year yield call. We got close (4.42%) but then treasuries rallied and the Ten Year closed at 4.27% today.

I still think we will see 4.5%+ in the near future.

Mish...I note the ad has a Ca phone number (SF Bay). Another out of state investor. They probably have to pay someone to show the property, and perhaps manage it as well.

Geez, I'm almost paying that much for a crummy apartment in Houston. I don't know where this place is located in LV and the directions don't help, but I'm located primo here. The rent seems reasonable. Do they consider 16 year old nubile girls to be pets? And where do you cruise to in Las Vegas?
