I've been thinking about my 4.5% Ten Year yield call. We got close (4.42%) but then treasuries rallied and the Ten Year closed at 4.27% today. I still think we will see 4.5%+ in the near future.

Mish...I note the ad has a Ca phone number (SF Bay). Another out of state investor. They probably have to pay someone to show the property, and perhaps manage it as well. Ouch.
