Yes indeed, the Administration is forcing the Iraqis to move quickly on the Constitution so that the US military could move out in time for the 2006 Congressional elections. But the question is just like Yugoslavia, Iraq will not hold together and disintegrate before the next Presidential elections in 2008. Ethnic and cultural forces will pull that country apart and Bush's ultimate goal of spreading democracy will not be achieved. He started off on the wrong foot with Iraq. Not that there ever was a right foot.
