That may well be the case, but I have been reading comments all along that the Iranians have clearly stated they have no intentions of giving up their "rights" to the nuclear fuel cycle. So why is it a surprise? Was no surprise to me either because I like you read the statements from Iran and believed those rather than reading the statements by the European "Maestros of Naiveté" who in their wishful thinking an thus replacing reality with bull believe they "understand" the true souls and good will of those guys better.
