I think you know perfectly well that that is not what I meant. I have personally witnessed divorces that appeared to be none of those things (but one never knows for sure) and it is certainly the exception rather than the rule for a divorce not to be all of things. For that matter, in this particular case, for all you and I know, she told him to file now. Under the circumstances, I don't think it is safe to assume much, if anything, about this situation. If you want to pick nits, be my guest. It seems to be an increasingly popular thing to do instead of having a civil conversation about something, but I've not found it a productive or enjoyable use of time.
