You have to think, in a virtual world chen deathmatch internet type existance, place really becomes less and less important eh? It makes no sense to me for my 400K palm beach house to be 40K in another area when both have water, sewer, internet access - I really don't need much else. Now if I was dependant on local economy, and I was a recent third world immigrant, I maybe need palm beach to get into the housing jobs there, which I bet the places with 20K houses have very little work for new citizens.
