Hi Mike, I agree. The deal was with the Americans, and it has put the ball into the Pals' court. Now, for them to suddenly become responsible would take a miracle. But there is a question what they will do, jockey for position without too much fighting, break out into internecine battles, or launch Intifada III? You know my money's on Intifada III. Sharon will have a good bit of leeway on his response if they do, and no pressure from America to make any further withdrawals.
