Ted, Faith is believing when there are no facts or reasons to believe.

What's the point of holding onto faith if you don't have a reason to believe?

You have no reason to believe that there is an afterlife. Sure there are stories and a bible but they are not based on reasoning but rather are the ramblings of the ancients. In reality, its faith in those stories that allows you to continue to believe.

For example, do you have faith that one day, a real liberal leader will rise up and "save" us from those oh-so-evil "neocons" in Washington? If so, why do you hold onto such a faith? If not, why are you still living in America?

What I have faith in is that you will get yours for supporting these buttholes and their wars while claiming to be a Christian. ;~)

BTW your sarcasm is very unattractive.
