Mish:

I share his views on oil. Not yet shorting, but I think we are at or very close to an energy price peak.

Best, Earlie

It's a little early to judge the nature of the oil selloff, but XLB looks quite sick from Ewave POV:

stockcharts.com[w,a]waclyiay[pi!a108.43!f][vc60][iut!Ua12,26,9!Ll14]&pref=G

And homies are also ill:

stockcharts.com[w,a]daclyiay[pi!a108.43!f][vc60][iut!Ua12,26,9!Ll14]&pref=G

And retail as well:

stockcharts.com[w,a]daclyiay[pi!a108.43!f][vc60][iut!Ua12,26,9!Ll14]&pref=G

With an economically sensitive XLB and the lynchpins of the bubble, housing and retail, are failing impulsively, the red flags are going up.
