(A 'special edition' no doubt.... One that gives him permission to ignore all the parts with which he personally disagrees, or that he finds inconvenient or inexplicable.... Call it the 'Smorgasbord edition'. He can go down the line picking and choosing, eliminating and ignoring, as he will.)
