Actually only the coalition of the Willy Nilly was convinced he had WMD. And Colin Powell wasn't so sure and he is gone. So the entire world did not believe he had them and if you look back at the intelligence it's difficult to believe that we thought he had them.

But I'm not just doing the hindsight thing. Past performance is no guarantee of future returns, but it is a good bet that GW will make the same mistakes with Iran and Korea.
