I think talking about a place being desirable for retirement and a place being a place to invest for real estate today are two completely different things. I think the whole boomer retirement destination thing has been played out and discounted in the current prices in most of these so called retirement havens. Question is what is next? Which booms are going to occur that aren't discounted in the current price?
