Ted, Its hard for me to describe spirituality. For me, its more a feeling than anything else.

I think most people's faiths are founded upon spirituality, at least in the different ways they perceive it. I can demand that you prove the existence of spirituality, and you won't be able to (obviously), but you know exactly what you feel and can't describe it in any other way except in terms that describe the supernatural. Some might even call it "faith" on your part.

I won't go into where "organized religion" comes into play, except to say that a lot of your concerns are valid and your distrust is understandable. But that's separate from the issues of true faith.
